great job nice instructor timed intervals broken consoles short session wasp problem

I joined a HIT training session. Dusan led the session, and he was very nice. He did a great job. he accounted for varied fitness levels with timed intervals. It made for a guilt-free afternoon after the buffet breakfast.

The kids club did not meet expectations. A stretching session was scheduled for 1.5 hours, yet it only lasted 5 minutes. The game consoles were not working for us and the staff could be more cheerful.

clean resort friendly staff lovely food comfortable beds

The resort was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. The staff showed genuine friendliness and offered assistance. The meals provided diverse and lovely selections at both breakfast and dinner. The suite offered comfortable beds for restful sleep.

The beach area accessibility was not ideal.

Facilities

9/10

The resort provides several activities without charges such as tennis and cinema. Pools are available, though there's room for improvement. The green concept implemented at this accommodation is very well done!!!

Service

10/10

The staff seemed to speak a wide range of languages to accommodate different guests. Many staff members were always smiling and ready to assist. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. Really good staff members can't do enough to help.
